“A fairly large Halfords branch which a good range of stock. Sadly the store always seems to be understaffed, which really affects the quality of service here.
Thank you to Tom for fixing my bike, and for having such patience with customers. Despite being super busy, his attitude and customer service was excellent - he rescued what would have otherwise been a pretty poor experience for me.”

“They always have lovely staff on. I have been here many times and bought very good books and toys for my daughter. You can find things worth buying any time you enter the shop.”
“Visited a few weeks ago, shelves were empty, staff not happy, no manager for a while. Went in today and they look like they have a new manager who is really trying to turn the store around. More products on the shelves, happier staff. Only complaint is it's quite dark in there, brighter lights will really help to make the store more welcoming”
