Louis in the Twickenham EE branch deserves a medal (or at least a pay rise and a strong coffee). He recently helped us buy SIM cards and set up new phones, and somehow turned what?s normally a painful process into something easy and even funny.
He?s incredibly patient, super knowledgeable, and explains everything without the usual jargon. Friendly, professional, and actually human ? which in phone-shop world is rarer than 5G in the countryside. Easily the best customer service we?ve had in ages.
EE, keep hold of Louis ? he?s the reason people will actually look forward to coming back to the Twickenham store.

Went over EE in Twickenham and was looked after by Nasri Ali, the level of service he gave me was outstanding, he was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable ! If I had a business of this kind, I would most definitely want someone like him

Amazing service and patience from Ebti, nothing was too much trouble in setting up my new phone. As someone who's not tech savvy, she did everything for me. I am very grateful for all her help.

Very helpful customer service.
I had questions about setting up roaming on my phone. Online and phoning EE had been useless, so I popped into the Twickenham branch.
I was attened to quickly, and the staff member clearly went through the options and answered all my questions.
A good experience all round.

I've been meaning to write this review for months. The staff went above and beyond to help me with my phone issues, genuinely working hard to make sure I didn't have to pay much to find the best solution possible. There was also an old lady who needed a lot of support and attention and they were so patient and kind with her, it was lovely to see. The manager especially is just brilliant! Thank you guys!

Apparently whenever i have been to the branch looks like they don?t have sim cards ? to the surprise they don?t have sim cards after a month either. I have visited this branch like 5 times no sim cards Is it that busy? Or just don?t consider existing customers as customers no more ?

Just been in there to see if they could do something with my phone and in the 20mins I was in there and despite 3 times I didn't want to upgrade they still offered me a unwanted upgrade. Pay these people a decent wage so they don't have to waste people's time with their continuous oversell.

I visited this store with a problem with my EE app and the bored-looking assistant proceeded to look at her own phone while I was logging into my account.Not only was the assistant bored and dismissive of me but, she didn?t seem to know what I was talking about even when I explained my problem to her clearly.AVOID!
