Completely screwed up order

I ordered from here on the dominoes app. I called them 2x as the food was ready but the delivery was not out. And asked why the food was held back as the food would get cold. They answered the call and said they?ve got checks going on and the food would not be cold and would arrive soon. The app then said the food has been delivered, but I have not received anything and the delivery driver has not moved from the location. The employee who picked up the phone was laughing and taking everything lightly. The order did arrive, however I found a small piece of mushroom on the pizza, which was not included. Some are allergic to mushroom. The order was initially held to be throughly checked, but despite that, there?s a small piece of mushroom. Definitely would not order from here or recommend this place.

Worst most disappointing dominos experience. Food was horrible and rubbery like it had been re heated multiple times the chicken tenders where burnt it was 100% not fresh. Did not meet domino?s standards what?s so ever and the price you pay you expect it to be edible at least? ?

After placing an order, it took over 90 minutes for the pizza to arrive. Despite multiple attempts to contact the store, calls were repeatedly answered and then abruptly disconnected.
To avoid such a frustrating experience, please consider ordering from a different location. VERY RUDE DELIVERY DRIVER!!!

i ordered a half nd half at 7pm. 8pm rolls around, no pizza. i called, and a staff member promised me the pizza AND free wedges. it?s 9:30 and nothing has arrived. i?m starving and angry and i want a refund

Just bought a mighty meat for collection and did not check it before leaving the store, then when I opened the box it was not cooked properly, very disappointing.

Ordered Texas BBQ with classic crust, it arrived with flat and crispy base. When I called the store I was told that ALL Dominos stores now only do flat and crispy as ?that?s what everyone wants?. This seems like just a bizarre excuse for making the order incorrectly. There is also an issue with food from here constantly being undercooked which is a huge hygiene risk.

Absolutely appalled by the quality of this Dominos. DO NOT ORDER. We ordered a veggie pizza, drink and cookies. Both pizza and cookies came under cooked and when I complained, some guy called back and went on and on rather listening to the issue. He kept fighting on the phone and was not even ready to understand. He was rude and mannerless. Absolutely shocked by the behaviour. Clearly no more Dominos for us!!!

Useless, forgot the dips for the meal, drover said he would be 5 minutes, 20 minutes later and after 2 phone calls to the lady on the phone who said she was going to chase up on the driver, she offered me a refund as she didn?t know how long he would be. Now no dip and cold Pizza. Cheers Guys??
