Terrible. Made an order for 1pm for my colleagues in the morning. I called them at 1:10pm as the app said the pizza was delivered and it wasn?t. The lady on the phone said they were still making the ?sauces?. What a joke. Fast forward to 2pm, no pizzas were delivered. Absolutely disappointed. Never order from this place again.

Ordered on app at wrong location by accident as defaulted to old location for some reason, called them asking if they could refund. They argued and I told them I was 2.5 hours away and said they'll refund but haven't.

Order took over 50 mins. When I called the store I was told they were very busy. Tried calling back several times to cancel but no response. The order arrived with no extra cheese and green chillies - both missing. Really bad tbh, cartoon pizza, sure you?re not Pappa Johns? Extra cheese? Really???

Probably the worst dominos i have ever been to worst customer service and food how can u get a pizza wrong and then try argue its right then to be rude to a customer when all i was trying to do is give feedback please avoid at all costs

Not my best experience in a Dominos or this one. I do understand it may have been busy but they seemed to have enough staff not doing much.
I entered it took quite a bit of time for someone to greet me even though there was someone just to my right getting the basses ready for the pizza. They then greeted me and informed me they wouldn?t be long. Think they shouted to someone from rear to cone and serve me. After a total of 5 mins someone took my order this may not seem like long but I was just me waiting.
My order was taken and told it would take 15 mins so decided to go for a walk to Tesco. When I returned I noticed my name was no longer on the display counting down my wait time. I then had to wait again for another 5 mins waiting for someone to bring my pizza from underneath the heat laps.it would have been better if I could have done it myself as I did see the pizza on the shelf going nowhere. There was delivery pizzas going on the shelf and going out. My poor pizza was being ignored. Poor little pizza with no friends.
I did eventually get my pizza and go home. To find what I got wasn?t what I was expecting the pizza looked nothing like what I had asked for according to what was shown on the menu and advertised product of the Korean BBQ Pizza. What I got wasn?t appraised at all. Didn?t taste that good ether. Wouldn't try this again.
Maybe just an off day and very busy but they need to think of the customer experience this didn?t help out me off Dominos.

Updated Review: Ordered 2nd day in a row, food was ordered and delivered withing 30mins, top quality too and the delivery guy with a smile was awesome,
