Thanks for trying to sell us a damaged sofa, DFS. We ordered this 2 months ago and then got delivered this garbage, so had to send it back. Never buying DFS again.

Excellent service from Nabil and Steve today when I went in looking for a 3-seater leather sofa with sofa bed and 2-seater leather sofa with reclining seats. Nabil showed me a good range of sofas until I finally went for the Lucius sofa. And my application for 0% finance was approved within 30 minutes!I highly recommend the staff and sofas at DFS Brentford.

I bought sofa and store insisted me to buy warranty for recliner and product support. It is like complete waste of money, and I am really frustrated. Be careful before buying your SOFA's from DFS.

Never had to deal with such a clueless company in my life. We order a cushion (and paid) and 2.5 months later we are still waiting for it to arrive. No one communicates to us, each delivery date no one comes. It?s an absolute joke, do NOT get your couch here.

Very bad customer service and very very rude and arrogant manager who he even doesn?t know how to speak with customers and apologising for the problem that they caused. After 6 weeks waiting time, it supposed to deliver my sofa yesterday but at last minute the delivery guy called and said your sofa is damaged. Do you want I deliver the damaged sofa!!!! When we went to store they told us we will find out by tomorrow and today when they didn?t call us and we chased up the customer service they told you should wait for another 4 weeks to repair and they are not sure how long does it take. The funny thing is they are upset why we are chasing up which is not acceptable. And they didn?t want to refund the money and they want to give us the damage sofa. We paid for brand new sofa not damaged and repaired one.

Not even a star!!!! I really do not know where to start.We have bought sofa and armchairs set.Then here we go:It came with different shades (supposedly it should have been velvet grey, but the middle bit is cream)Pillows never sit in properlySofas legs are not touching on the floorThere are stretch marks and lots of dark colour patches all over the sofa setThere are huge hollows between cushionsWe have been paid extra £200 for memory foam but it is unbelievable, you cannot even sit on them as they are scandal!There are different shades and fillings and when you see them, kind of wavy seem (definitely shouting as I am a faulty product)Stool came with a wrong angle/not straight legArmchair is not even, behind there are two burned spots that you can never ever clean.And we have been waiting for this service for more than 4/5 weeks.I literal am crying. Wherever you go around the world, this service is not acceptable and a scandal!I cannot accept any replacement and we were agreed on starting refund process.I will keep you up to date what they have done as at least this time I really do want to trust their customer service.

Not a single member of staff approached me. Had to figure out things myself. The staff there were busy having a chat and laugh rather than working. DFS please look into this.
