The food and prices are standard fare for Costa. Wanted to leave a 5 star review because the staff at the Twickenham shop because the staff are always very warm and friendly. Service is efficient and seating areas are kept clean and tidy.

I asked for a drink and they denied. Apparently I am too young for a decaf coffee. I then asked for a normal iced one and they said no. Then I got a new drink that I didn?t want and it was too rich. I didn?t want that drink. I wanted my decaf coffee Frappe. Understand where I?m coming from?

This is a good Costa. The staff are friendly and care/take pride in their work. It?s clean.

I was serviced by the rudest women cashiers,I hope their manager will see this comment, I get it, you hate your job but don't let it out on your clients. Horrible customer service and low quality food. Don't waste your money here.

I love Twickenham Costa, but 1 member of the team is letting everyone down. He is the most rude and unfriendly man. I always say please & thank you but never get anything back, plus my drink then gets plonked on counter again without no acknowledgement in return. I have to guess if it's my drink he's just made.

Its too cold most time here like fridge especially today every customer was wearing their coat in cafe ,outside temperature is hotter than inside they don?t care about customers

A standard chain cafe in a good location near to the train station. There is a good amount of seating and a good selection of food and drinks to choose from. The staff were friendly and service was good.

The girls are always lovely here during the week. Very good customer service. Nice atmosphere all round in here and a good place to take a break from wfh. Nice big cafe with good layout but I have to say the WiFi is painfully slow, something I have complained about before but to no avail unfortunately. I usually end up using my phone hotspot which is not ideal
