Maria at the till was extremely rude to a couple of ladies before me. She was clearly under stress and overwhelmed but she spoke to them with absolute disrespect. Spanish latte was nice and the sandwich was good. It was busy and the other two ladies at the counter were working their hardest but they were clearly embarrassed by the situation.

As much as I like Costa, this branch lets it down, doesn?t have good ambience, tends to be very cold, but the worst part is service - staff switch to take away packaging couple of hours before closure, which is unacceptable. I personally don?t like paper cup taste in my coffee and struggle to see how it aligns with Costa?s sustainability ethos - plastic lined cups are not recyclable. Shame really, tend to avoid it most of the time.

We went yesterday Kew retail park costa coffee, the Asian lady took our order I request her can you please make sure my coffee must be extra hot and she said no problem, she was very helpfull, she tell her colluge who's euproueain lady, even we request her to change the cups, she get upset and show attitude,she didn't make any effort to make it extra hot once we tried coffee it was cold costa management look into this matter.next we will not going in this branch.

Personal favourite Costa in the area. Cannot descript the different, but it is just comfortable to have a nice coffee break. Staff are perfectly polite, kind and helpful.

Most of the staff here are fantastic, especially the long-serving guy with the "man-bun".
Recently my wife had to return her latte & politely requested a new one as it was lukewarm & the girl gave an audible tut & a glacial look. She'd also put a head on the wet latte so not her only mistake. These drinks are expensive, we weren't expecting an apology but didn't expect the rude attitude considering she got it wrong.

Went to this branch on Sunday, and I ordered a ice latte. The young girl at the till was quite nice and welcoming and allowed me to take my time ordering, not making me feel time constrained and pressured unlike in other places. The latte was also lovely, overall a great experience!

They seem to hire anyone, but forget to train them. I?m sorry but I cannot understand why no costa can make a simple ice latte or ice cappuccino without making mistakes.
