Did a grocery order via Uber Eats to get plasters (needed now and local pharmacy is shut). Box of plasters delivered was smeared in dried blood, open and missing plasters. One of the staff picked this up and thought it was fine to send. Have registered complaint through UE but can't get hold of store by phone.

Despite the cost of living crisis they will constantly raise prices sneakily without updating the stickers. Then when items scan through at a higher price than they were listed on the shelf for the staff will try to haggle with you. This is unbelievably rude and unprofessional.

Ravi Shah in the Richmond burrow is a joke of a delivery driver, wouldn?t give me my order due to my second name having a misspelling compared to my ID. I showed him the 2 emails as proof and he still continued to say he can?t give me the order, upon all this he said he will phone customer service and will be back in 5 minutes and never showed up he drove off.

Waste of time going in there, never any staff about to serve, all pretending to be busy out the back. If you want cigarettes you have to go and hunt someone down to serve. Most of the staff treat the job as a burden and look miserable.

The store has the best Venezuelan chocolate ice cream, the store opens at 7am and close pretty late at night, is always open at time and have all the essentials, it?s a little bit more expensive that other supermarkets but it works for me as It?s super close to my house

I cannot stand this shop. Nobody is ever around to serve and they've not much choice of things and majorly expensive. The security guard jumps on ke every time I walk in there like im some sort of prolific thief and even the pay as you go check out is complicated to use. If I had a choice I would never shop in here.
