I don't know her name (so sorry) but the lady with the white hair has got to be one of the most loveliest people I have ever been served by. I come in here a lot, and she always goes out of her way to help me or check out back for things without me even asking. So friendly and nice go be served by someone who cares!

I just been to the shop and one of the young ladies treated me really bad with no help at all and she cheated me on a price no sorry nothing she makes me feel really bad really like this shop but I?m not going back there again. Shame

Good product range and stock. Staff were all very friendly, polite and helpful. Free parking in front of shop for convenience but check the free parking time limits.

I'm very disappointed with card factory, they closed the shop early. At 17:28, they wouldn't let me into the shop to quickly buy a card instead, standing behind the till they were shaking their head at me. I understand that it is was the end of the day but considering I ran beliving there would be time to run in for a card i was left totally dissappointed, considering card factory does sentimental cards and gifts it would have been great customer service as the only customer outside, to be able to quickly grab something for a loved one. It's really dissapointing to be having to write this today.

Wednesday 14th 2022 - 13:12Access is on street level but has manual doors.It?s a compact store there is a lot on the shelves but today as I was wandering around a member of staff asked if I needed help and helped me pick the right card.Both ladies working in the store today were polite, friendly and helpful.
