Not sure why it's gotten such bad reviews. The staff are very nice and you can tell they work tirelessly and have to put up with a lot. I guess it comes with the type of area this is as we can see from the reviews. I have nothing bad to say about the service I've received from here countless of times.

The only positive with using that post office was never losing parcel, but every time I asked for tracking number after reading reviews. Also seems a day practice for the stuff to sell more expensive services like signature or tracking order. You ask for 1st class stamp and they give you more expensive option. Also multiple times witnessed not being very helpful with service or questions BUT selling more expensive postage option.I limited my visits just to buy stamps once a while.

Busy day at Post Office, which doesn?t excuse offhand manner. Zero patience with elderly disabled customer. Made to feel intruding by asking a question. Situation made worse by poor customer service skills

I go in sometimes when l buy a first class stamp and sending back a package to send back, just a normal post office like any other post office in different areas in London.

Extremely rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. I?ll be going out of my way to use another Post Office in the future.

Writing this on behalf for my disabled Nan.Today, about 4pm, me and my Nan entered the store and she needed to get money out.She gave him the card and said how much she needed. He said "You need id". My Nan then said "Ok well then ill have to go home and get it then". He then said "We are closed". When they are advertised to close at 5:30. So I showed him what the hours were on my phone. Then he said "We don't go by them hours". Then my Nan said "Why does it say that on your website then"? And he said. "HOW MUCH DO YOU WANT?" This is utterly disgusting and my Nan will be reporting you who ever you are. The post office would get 3 if he didn't do that because there is nice guy who works there and was so polite. Make sure you remember your ID as my Nan travelled on bus to get there so they don't try to make you go home to get your ID.

I don't even want to give them one star! This is the worst post office I've ever been to.My partner and I was short changed twice. Once for £10 and the second time I went I took out a few hundred and it was £100 short.I was in a hurry and didn't check which was my bad but didn't expect somebody at the post office to steal right in front of me.They have clearly done this before and are very good at it because how I didn't notice is beyond me!It wasn't until I got to the bank that I realised.I went straight back and when questioned I was told I was the liar and to leave!I asked them to check their security cameras but apparently the cameras were not working. Very convenient!!I don't know any Post Office where cameras are not working or not switched on.So if you have to use this post office please check all money before leaving these daylight robbers

I went there 1 year ago (because it's the only Post office near my house over the last 2 years) and I had a terrible experience there. I sent a parcel to Mexico for a friend and I asked for help to one of the women that work there (still there) once I was attended by her. She let me do everything by myself when I was asking her some questions about the delivery, it was my first time sending a parcel overseas and I didn't know much about the process. I paid everything and after almost 3 months my friend never received my parcel there. It got lost on the way (according to the Post office) I received a cheque worth of what I paid at that time but not for the value of the things inside. It seemed that the problem was that I didn't ask for the TRACKING NUMBER. And when I asked the same woman (1 week later after my first visit) for the tracking number she just told me that it was my fault for not asking her the tracking number first and that she could not give me any tracking number now. How was I supposed to know that I needed it? She knew it was my first time and I didn't know what exactly ask and do and she couldn't bother help me, she didn't give me any solutions at all. Since then I rather want to go to another Post office than there when it comes to send parcels overseas.Poor customer service.

Incredibly petty staff that will make you feel like a criminal if you are a few grams over or your letter doesn't slid through the size template like an oiled sardine. Royal Mail is happy for customers to print labels at home and weigh items on non precision scales, only for them to be turned away by these über job worths. Ironically they'll eventually be out of a job as everyone will be using other post services.

Very friendly staff, the real secret here is how efficiently they can send out postage for you. I regularly post out things and I've tried other venues on West Norwood high street like Tesco, Pizza Hut and the bakery but no one else can offer a postal service like this post office, in fact if you try to post things via any of the pizza chains they look at you like you're the weird one! very unhelpful, unless you are hungry. If you are looking for a post office this certainly is one.
