I?m writing to raise an issue regarding an overcharge I experienced during a recent visit to your store. I requested a coffee with an extra shot, which?as per the signage in-store?should have incurred an additional charge of 60p. However, I was instead charged for both a mocha and an espresso, which significantly exceeds the advertised price for a simple extra shot.
When I queried this, I was informed that the till did not have an option to charge for an extra shot, and that the machine wouldn?t process it otherwise. However, I regularly order the same drink?an extra shot in a coffee?from other Greggs locations without any issue. In those cases, the correct 60p surcharge is always applied without confusion.
I?d appreciate clarification on this discrepancy, as well as a refund of the overcharged amount. I understand that technical limitations may vary by location, but charging more than the stated price, especially when a clear sign indicates otherwise, is misleading and unfair to customers.

Why does it take so long to serve one customer? One customer in front but had to walked out after 10 minutes to catch a train, crazy!

Would give zero stars if I could. The shop is never staffed or open during business hours.
Staff are getting paid to do nothing, please sort it out.
