Great selection, my experience however was very frustrating - phoned to check they had what I wanted in stock, told they do but after driving 30 mins turns out they did not. Also excruciatingly slow, took 40 mins to get 2 sample pots. Won?t visit again.

The worst B&Q I have ever been to, and I have been to nearly all in London, if not all. To start with it is really two B&Qs, one upstairs where you have a car park and one downstair which you cannot take a trolley to the car park as there is no lift. The staff is not there to help, there are there to make an earning, they make their best not to show or of help the costumers. To me B&Q is siting there just waiting for someone to buy the land to build on it really, their business in this shop is merely speculative. Not to mention the staff at the till that treats you like you were in a prison. Avoid at all cost, in my experience if you are buying kitchen your best bet is B&Q Beckton is probably the largest one.

It's OK. A bit short on staff. Had to help someone carry heavy stuff because the shop had no staff available.
Prices OK, depending on what you want. The range is a little limited at this particular shop, because it's medium size. But they have sand! ;)

My mother went to the store today to get one pack of a specific, she asked for help and the tall black buy who was working on the 23/03/2025 at around 1:28pm wasn?t very helpful. He claims they had none in store and that it has been discontinued everywhere. He checked other stores and said there was none available across all other b&q stores and suggested a different type of flooring. The problem with this is he was completely lying. It hasn?t been discontinued and there was 175 at another store this makes me think that he just wanted to get a sale out of my mother who is already unwell and vulnerable I?m absolutely disgusted and will never return to this store ever again

Careless stuff going around the shop whith no information or actual presence to help the paying customers.
One person at the till who needed help with everything which created a huge queue overall poorly managed and in need of internal audit.

This is an ok store in terms of stock, however Aneah on the tills. You on are you phone with one hand in your pocket. If you really can?t be bothered about your job, why turn up? So rude.

Very Bad customer service, They have own set of rules compare to other B&Q Stores.
Better they can change store name to their own name.

This shop is a big joke , staff don?t know what they are doing . They waste my time when I did called before and ask if they got the product I need in stock and they said yes . I had to travel 30 minutes paying the uber just to come here and find out they don?t actually have it . In this store is a bunch of idiots , they don?t know how to do the job at all . And of the girl from the store was even laughing when she saw I got upset cause I came all the way here for nothing .

Just went into B&Q and wow, I immediately felt so safe. Not just because there were absolutely zero other customers?clearly, everyone else knew better?but because of the incredibly "subtle" security woman tailing me like I?m some kind of high-profile criminal. I mean, who wouldn?t love the feeling of being watched so closely you might as well be in a spy thriller? And the best part? When I asked her why she was literally pointing at me, she completely denied it. Classic. I must have imagined the whole thing?silly me! If you're into that kind of VIP treatment, West Norwood B&Q is definitely the place to go. Peace out ??

Truely appalling customer service at B&Q in West Norwood today. Had a five pound discount voucher, if I spent more than £30. I bought about £50 worth of items. My wife packed them and I paid. When I checked the receipt, I had been charged £3.49 for a screwdriver that was not part of my shopping. The assistant on the till did not notice that the previous customer had left it there and scanned it with my shopping. When I asked for a refund, they only gave me £3.19 back because I had used a voucher. It took an argument with the manager and far too much of my time before it was sorted. No apology was offered. Will not be going back.
