Hi visiting your place so many time and Disappointment with u staff just rude The girl was very rude Also, the man it was quite rude to trying to take my order. Make me wait just never go back again. They just tried to rip you off.
Really bad he charged me with two muffins and two coffees 20 quid never go back again

Expensive for mediocre coffee, staff did not take my order correctly, was often nobody to give service at the counter, WiFi is faulty so would not recommend for work/study; you're probably better off going to the café next door.

I come here every morning and the lady with the short red hair is very ignorant & rude. It's very clear she doesn't want to be there and has 0 customer service skills. There could be a big queue and she will be stood there either on her phone or calling other staff.

Big size coffee, really good if you want to stay longer for work.
They have wi-fi as well.
If there are more electricity plugs, it would be perfect.
