I usually send my Vinted parcels to this petrol station . As a busy working mum of 1 year old I am never at home . One of the shop assistants - an Asian guy in his late 50s is extremely rude . On many occasions I collected my parcels , he refused to serve me and made me wait aside while he served petrol paying customers first . Last time he did that he served another customer collecting parcels , while he made me wait aside although I was there first ? . He always answers my questions in an angry dismissive manner and treats me in condescending way . If you can send your parcels somewhere else , please do so as this petrol station has rude customer service who treat people like nuisance .

Went to get petrol stepped back and caught my foot on metal sticking out of the curb where pump is after waiting a few minutes for staff to appear from the back I informed her and she just said ok which isn?t a great response I?ve added photos as looks like a it?s been repaired before but badly hence me catching my foot on it
I also tried to complete on line form but won?t let you submit without a phone number but doesn?t accept a mobile or a landline that I tried very frustrating

This has a good shop, and drive through car wash, amazon drop off and pick up, and a laundry station on the forecourt for washing clothes. Most importantly it sells petrol

Terrible Experience ? Avoid This Shell Station!
I?ve had nothing but bad experiences at this Shell station. The staff are rude, unhelpful, and act like they?re doing you a favor just by acknowledging you. Any time I?ve asked about an issue, they?ve been dismissive and condescending, treating me like I?m the problem instead of actually addressing the situation.
The EV charger has been out of order for at least two years, and every time I ask about it, I get the same useless response: ?Come back next week.? Well, I?ve tried three weeks in a row, and nothing has changed. Clearly, they have no intention of fixing it.
The air pump is also broken?it takes your money but doesn?t actually add pressure to your tires. The vacuum is useless, barely has any suction, and is a complete waste of time and money.
This place is a joke. If they can?t maintain their equipment or train their staff to be even remotely polite, they don?t deserve anyone?s business. I won?t be coming back.
Avoid at all costs!

I often fill up at this petrol station. It?s had a slight price increase now it?s shell but it?s still definitely competitively priced fuel. I?ve never had any issues with the staff, they are kind and efficient, which is contrasting to other reviews.

Tried to return a package through Yodel and the customer service could not have been less professional or helpful. Refused to accept the package because it was 'too big', despite being in the original packaging delivered. Shop assistant offered no help. Should not have a partnership with Yodel if unwilling to honour the arrangement.
