My mother has had money stolen from her Victoria Mutual account and it closed down without her knowledge. I've been waiting for the past few months to recieve a reply from them and nothing. One of the staff at the Tottenham branch has preyed on my mother and nothing is being done.

I received an extremely poor and laxidaical service from the Tottenham, London, UK branch. I was told it would take three weeks to reactivate an account, waited said three weeks then was told that the Jamaica system was down and it hadn't been done and they didn't know when it would be done. "I'd just have to wait" this was from the branch Manager. I went on online for a live chat and they resolved this for me within minutes. I received confirmation of account within three days, which is nearer the usual time this takes. Experience was very disappointing, especially with the "manager ". She could not have cared less. I don't think she likes it here in the UK..... the online system is very satisfactory and would much rather use that than have an interpersonal with the staff at Tottenham.

My name is Tamara Went to the vmbs branch in Brixton and the customer service assistant i was appointed to was Marsha Clark. She gave a excellent service usually i am some one who ask a lot of questions and people will get annoyed with me easily but this young lady was excellent at what she did i had to go and get a pre-qualification mortgage and I left the office with more than enough information I have been visiting this branch for more than 15 years and this is my first review i must say thank you very much Marsh for your excellent assistance ,wonderful job, well done to all the other staff at Brixton vmbs
