I've picked the same glasses that i had 2 years ago and it's nhs and didn't pay anything then but this time they charged me £56 and apparently its just the frame and of course they will charge the nhs as well. That's the last time i go there they are also so disorganised

I received excellent service everytime I visited specsavers in Bruce grove. I was welcomed by manager Sharon who was super friendly and very easy to talk to, I was also helped by optometrist Fatima and Altaf both were very professional and not to forget Sev who assisted me with choosing my glasses. She was very helpful and patient and I felt that I made the right choice thanks to her. I am satisfied with my experience overall. Great team, great spirit please keep it up!

Great value of money for the professional service provided. Easy to book online. Strongly recommend everyone to do a eye test every few years to find out any eye issues at an early stage.

one of the workers were pressuring me to buy my glasses even though i was 16 and i thought i would be getting them for free. what a waste of time.

Avoid at all cost, brought glasses and lens months ago had a problem with the glasses so called the sale executive which would hang up when they realised it?s not a sales enquiry.I phoned, months later requesting a copy of my prescription which takes 10 seconds to email, this seemed to hard for the opticians to do. 6 hours later nothing, had to go there myself, optician came out himself so I asked him why would it take 6 hours plus and still u couldn?t comply to a simple request, it was obvious he had some supra complex I mean it?s not like he?s a brain surgeon or worked for Parliament, avoid at all costs poor service.

How much patience they have, I was shocked, what courteous, pleasant customer service, and they have all the time and patience in the world to help the customer. Really appreciate them

I've visited Spacsavers September 2022 due to an eye test and got a new prescription. After that had some issues with my glasses, Sharon the manager stepped in and dealt with my issue. I have to say all staff are friendly and very polite but Sharon was extremely friendly and knowledgeable on all products. Now with my new glasses that Sharon suggested I am very happy, that shows her professionalism and customer care.Thank you.

Service is no good.I went for eye glasses.After I got my ,lenses kept fallen, I went and asked if they could fix them or change the frame, they told I have to pay 56 pounds .i went to holloway specsavers and they fixed very good free of charge thanks to Holloway branch .
