I ordered a chicken chow mein with noodles and my husband ordered beef fried rice, but we both received beef dishes instead. This was not what we asked for, and to make things worse, no refund or apology was offered when we collected the food.
It?s frustrating to pay for something specific, only to receive the wrong items and be told there?s nothing they can do. We were left disappointed and felt ignored. Mistakes happen, but how they?re handled matters?and in this case, the service failed.

I ordered through delivery and I paid £10 extra expecting I get prawn crackers along with it. Unfortunately, no prawn crackers, even though the website said I will. I feel scammed. The portions were pathetically small ? nothing like what was shown in the pictures. What I actually received was a soggy mess overloaded with onions and barely any chicken or noodles. When I did find chicken, it was bland, tasteless, and clearly thrown in leftovers. This was a complete rip-off and a huge disappointment. The delivery was on time but I was left disappointed by the fact that the food didn't hold itself to that standard, Please, avoid at all costs.

Went 5mims before closing the girl that served me was very rude to me and she didn?t have no manners no customers service I felt like I should not of given them my money very disappointed with the service the food was ok

Visited this restaurant today. I pointed to an item on the menu ?Vegetarian Hot and Sour Soup? and ask the lady behind the counter if the vegetarian hot and sour soup was sweet like sweet and sour, she replied by saying ?no it?s not sweet?(remember I pointed to the item). I told her I would take it. Paid for the order took the meal and left. Got to work opened it to see something completely different which had prawns inside. I am a vegetarian who is allergic to shellfish. I returned to the restaurant and told the lady of the mistake. Only to be told there is nothing she can do they don?t do exchanges or refunds and that she couldn?t hear properly behind the screen. I?ve explained that the mistake was there?s because I also pointed to the item on the menu. If they had given me any meal that was actually vegetarian I would happily eat it . She looked at me straight faced, no apology, nothing. Simply said ? not my fault, I can?t hear properly, the manager isn?t here ? and sat back down. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life

Hasn?t disappointed me yet. First ordered a few times in 2022 and now, in 2025. Worth the delivery charge on Uber Eats as it isn?t local to me.

The sweet and sour chicken with the special fried rice has NO FLAVOUR. The Tesco ready meal version of this has a better flavour profile. There?s not Smokey Chinese flavour to it too. The cashier was slightly rude since they were closing soon. But the food has no flavour depth at all. It?s as if they don?t season it at all. The rice tasted like boiled rice. It didn?t even taste fried at all! PESING is probably better.

I went there today, and ordered their combo meal of a topping and special fried rice.
I kindly asked for no vegetables in the sweet and sour and I am finding onions and the chicken pieces are sticky and dry, there?s very limited sauce.
The lady serving me also laughed at me when o said no vegetables. until she realised I was being serious.
The special fried rice is very oily and there?s no flavour to it.
I?m very disappointed as I went last year more frequently and it was great service and great food.
The decrease in quality could be due to the event at Tottenham Hotspur stadium however still disappointed as they should remember. There?s people who live in the area that go to them regularly and are used to a certain standard.
I won?t be going back!

I reluctantly put 1 star. Once i got a wire in a beef fried noodle bought there. I did not want to make a fuss. Their customer service is awful, They never greet customers with a smile or any thank you. I have been a regular and gave them a chance every now and then. Two days ago, I went to order the usual beef and black bean sauce with boiled rice and sat there waiting for a good 15 minutes but no food. I inquire with the girl there and she said I havent ordered anything. I left the shop thinking its weird and went to buy jamaican food instead. The next morning i woke up and saw that Barclays had deducted £8.50 from that noodle king place. I went there to inquire and claim a refund. The lady said she didnt recognise me. I went straight to my bank and claim a refund. Avoid this place like plague. They are thieves.

The food was delicious and it was prepared quickly - I waited for less than 5 minutes, which was impressive considering how fresh and hot it was. I was even able to see the chefs prepare my meal. Although I only ordered one portion of fried egg rice, I received two boxes of rice. The portions were large enough to feed two people, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Friendly staff and give you recommendation when you order. Variety of choice. Delicious Chinese food in terms of European standard. An affordable alternative to pricy stadium food. The floor is very clean. Worth to try before getting into the game.

The smell in the restraunt is horrible it smells of old dogs not very nice The good hygiene is poor the staff where using there hands to serve the food gross However it is very nice good and good prices for amount you get

Ordered Via Just Eat, and although the estimated delivery time was stated as 25-30 min, after almost an hour and 15 minutes waiting for the delivery, when I called the restaurant I was told that they had no driver and they were simply busy.When I have asked why the restaurant doesn?t update the delivery times, or simply doesn?t accept the orders if reach the capacity I was told that I should contact Just Eat.I did, I have cancelled the order, so I can?t rate the food.However, the service is poor!
