This place kept its old name, but it’s under new ownership – and it shows. The service was terrible. They messed up my order, and even after I went back and clearly asked for rice noodles with king prawns, I got dry rice noodles with just three tiny prawns and overcooked vegetables. They also gave me a pack of crackers...
