At till 3, 17:11 today i buyed 6 Greak Yogurts and he put 12 Greak yogurts then i went back to tell him and he was acting like it was my fault, i could not understand him and he did not even say sorry.

Decent little supermarket with most of the basics you?d need for a quick shop. Staff are friendly and it?s usually not too busy, which is a plus. That said, the place is starting to feel a bit tired, shelves can be a bit sparse at times and the store could do with a bit of a refresh. Convenient, but not my go-to for a full shop.

I do not know who was managing the refurbishment that happened in this Lidl several months ago but they did not do their job well. It has been one of our favourite shops in the area for three years in a row but after recent changes we do not want to go there anymore.
- Previously products were located on the dedicated shelves and there was some logic behind shelves location. Now people are just wandering around in circles trying to find the necessary item. For example, shelves in the centre of the shop is just a mix of everything in a random order.
- This shop had an amazing section for food from different countries that was updated every week. One week is Greece, another one is Spain etc... This section consisted of the dedicated shelf with fridge items and a long shelf with everything else. Now it does not exist at all. There are still some items but they are put randomly on the fridge shelves and in the middle of the shop. And the choice is very poor. It was such a great section, why have you decided to get rid of it??
- I understand the idea behind reshuffling products from time to time and changing shelf positions, but recent changes do not make sense. Why beans shelve is located opposite to meat section? Why the offers of the week are located in two different shelves? The space near the entrance is just empty and gives you a feeling that shop did not have a stock in a long time.
The only good thing about the recent upgrade is the amount of self serve tills - there are a lot of them now and the queue is not so long anymore.
I see that Lidl answers comments in Google Maps and I hope they will get into account my review as I am not the only one who is confused and disappointed with the recent changes.
At least, please return the dedicated country section back :(

Front of Lidl fruits and veg last a day before going rotten. At least that's the case at poverty stricken, but big shopper Woolwich branch. I feel you send us the worst of the stock.

Sadly, the store no longer has the middle of lidl items, so please don't waste your time travelling to the store like I did. Also, store details on the app still say food and non-food, which I consider false advertising.

I love Lidl! I would definitely give this 5+ stars, but where is the middle of the Aisle? Why did they remove from this store? Please bring it back. I think this is the only store in London without it. Very disappointing.

The tills are hugely annoying. They scan well but they?re impatient and loud and handle lightweight items poorly.
