The girls are following me all over the store. I want to buy a few things, and I just forgot everything because they were following me. When I wanted to go anywhere, they blocked me. And when it was time to pay, having bills to give me back, they just gave me a bunch of coins and were in a defensive tone. I don't recommend this store at all.

Only 1 person working at the counter so there was a queue, the store is small with not much space, so it?s no ideal to have only 1 person. Some staff were in the stock room for long period of time.

Lady who helped me ordering the stuff on her tablet was very polite and very helpful.
Man on the till was rushed and wasn't eager to answer my questions and thought all questions were answered and like I wasn't really entitled to ask any more questions as customer.
Man came across little rude and basic customer service not met .
Shortage of staff sighted .

I wish google give the option for zero stars to be true to the reality of this JD Sports Tottenham .The manager is the most horrible person I ever met in a shop. The cashiers with the staff are supposed to be here for the customers but it?s definitely not the case only disrespectful and rude that?s all what you will get in JD sports . I wish to see JD closing down so customers will suffer less . Returns are a nightmare as well to make sure customers will never come back again to step in the shop !

Worst experience ever
My partner wanted to try on a tracksuit
The lady manager abruptly told us fitting room was shut
My partner then went to a corner and just tried on a zip up jacket
With that the same woman came marching over, started grabbing his own jacket and shouting at us that we couldn?t try on clothes and started taking everything away, absolutely disgusting treatment from the stores own manager!! Why this woman is in retail I have no idea
I have been a long time JD customer and was about to spend around 300 pounds
We left the store as she had taken most of the stuff we wanted to buy anyway
Has left us very upset and angry
Very poor service from a leading company

Staff And security very rude wouldn?t let me gain access to the shop, actually accuse me of being a thief I?m one of the only few people in Tottenham was actually got a job. First of all I will like to thank Mete, for being very proffessional and not making my return difficult, as I didnt have my receipt. I am extremely suprised when reading the reviews on this page, for me the rewies doesnt reflect the truth. The staff at this store are nice , as soon as you enter the store, you get greeted and a staff comes and says if you need any help. I had 4 people helping me to choose the right item. They are extremely polite and very experienced staff , that I have seen so far. I would like to thank ?man and the team for their proffessional customer service, keep it up ??

The store manager Iman was very helpful/supportive at the tills & she insured to explain all the steps of the transaction while processing them for me. She has great service as well as very friendly, definitely had a great experience!

Ordered an item on Tuesday at 9:40am online for same day collection. Did not received a confirmation to pick up the item so I decided to go on Wednesday, as I needed it for Friday (for a funeral), as I went there they still couldn't find it, and didn't even bother to try. I called customer care who were very helpful and advised me to return today so they can also be part of the communication. Fast forward to today, THURSDAY, myself and customer care were on the phone for 42mins, to be precise, whilst waiting for them to 'find' an item they said would be ready to collect three days ago.Eventually, after 40 long minutes of waiting, they miraculously found my item and was reluctant to issue a good will gesture, regardless of my time wasted, but was told by customer care they had to, all in all I was issued £20, which was far less than the petrol that was used in the car to get there on both occasions.I do not recommend this store, they are unorganized, lazy and unbothered.First and last time my feet will ever enter that place again.
