I had to wait 30 min to have a printed bank statement. One of the staff members from the counters said it?s better to do it at the help desk so I had to wait there for half an hour.\\nAfter this time I asked the other guy from the counter named Andrew and he did it in one min. I just don?t get why the first one did not say that he doesn?t know how to print a statement and I could just go to his colleague from the beginning.

I am customer since September and every time I needed to pop in I had a pleasant experience. Staff is friendly and pay in machines save you lot of time . Never waited to long comparing with the other branch in Edmonton. I could give 10 stars if possible.

Short female manager is rude and dismissive, asked staff why I can't get a print out of statements and they couldn't tell me why....then finally asked manager and she says it's because of essential services. If I had time I would out in a complaint, the staff aren't trained in proper communication.

I went in, didn't need to queue, I requested a new PIN, I showed my card and ID, and within seconds the lady at the counter said she had sorted me out and I would receive a new PIN in the post. If only other banks made life that easy!

Today, Friday, August 16, I have been at halifax bank and I have had an excellent service from a woman called charline, a very nice quiet worker, I think she is the one of the best workers they have in this company. to charline
