I had a great experience at Halfords Tottenham. Whenever we asked for help, the staff were polite, friendly and very helpful. I especially appreciated that when I had trouble with my finger and couldn?t manage to fit the internal light in the van, a staff member kindly did it for me even though it wasn?t his responsibility. Really excellent customer service ? thank you!

Sash is an ignorant manager, provided me with no help. Place needs better management and staff, the staff that are there are helpful and need a raise seriously!!

Exceptional customer service received from a lovely team member (he didn?t give his name but he was a tall black guy with double nose piercing) and his manager (Sin). They went out of their way to offer their help on a busy Saturday afternoon and saved the day for us, and our family holiday, and it very much-appreciated!

If it's car stuff and I mean car stuff lads fast and efficient service with 99 percent of stock head down to Tottenham branch staff is great and knowledgeable and don't forget about fitting they can do it one more thing bikes yeahhhhhh kids and adults they got you covered

It's never a good experience when you walk into the shop and have to go out of your way to get assistance. The guy at the front desk seemed not to understand English until I had to really prompt him for a reply. The security guard looked at me like I was scum.
And above all else, despite ebikes being increasingly popular over the years, Halfords refuse to help you out at all unless it's a Halfords ebike.
