Very poor customer service.I was sent by EE to this store to pickup a replacement sim.Upon entering one guy was walking around on his phone and the other was just sitting there looking like he just couldn't be bothered.I asked for a sim and they just told me that they don't have any in stock and I should go to Walthamstow or come back next week.It did feel more like they wanted to say not today, we had a mad party last night and have to be in work hung over so whatever just go somewhere else or come back another time if you have to, just not right now.Overall.2 Stars as the staff were not rude, they were friendly, just not professional and couldn't be bothered in a nice way.If you are looking for EE customer service where the staff don't get a sale for it, then this may not be the best store to go to.

My recent experience at this store left much to be desired. The staff there were, unfortunately, unhelpful and seemed more interested in rushing me out the door than addressing my concerns. When I approached them with a request for an eSIM or a physical SIM card, they immediately told me that they didn't offer eSIMs and claimed to have no physical SIM cards in stock. It left me with the impression that they simply didn't want to assist me.Moreover, their lack of willingness to help was evident as they provided no alternative solutions. When I asked if they could recommend any nearby EE stores, they couldn't even do that. Instead, they suggested I go all the way to Stratford for assistance, which was highly inconvenient.Thankfully, I discovered another EE store near Walthamstow Market, and the experience there was a complete contrast. The staff at this location were helpful and efficient, resolving my issue promptly. It's unfortunate that my visit to Tottenham Hale was so unproductive, but I'm grateful I found a solution elsewhere.

I went into the Tottenham Hale store this morning after a my phone was stolen and needed help quickly. All the staff in there were SO helpful, Diego, Imran and Chris were especially helpful and really made everything super easy to set up despite having no phone and did their best to find me the cheapest option. Really grateful guys can?t thank you enough

I visited the Tottenham store to get a new SIM as my phone got stolen earlier that day. I received the best service and support from all the staff at this store, besides giving me the SIM (thing that the store in Walthamstow failed to do when I went there and they couldn't find the key to the SIMs locker...) they also added a discount into my account that I didn't even asked for when they learned that I work with the NHS. All the staff is super friendly and eager to help. Really had the best customer experience.

So dear friends disappointed with the shameful EE, this is my story: I bought a sony Xperia at EE and within 4 days it had a defect on the screen.on the same day I had a trip to Brazil. I traveled and got in touch with ee through the pages of ee. explaining what happened, I arrived from a trip and went to the fa ee store in Tottenham and they did not want to change my phone claiming that it had been a month, in fact it had been a day. ok see you. I left my phone for warranty repair. In short, I got the phone repaired and in the first week of use it started to show numerous defects. they fixed it again to the point that they changed the phone. in short, when changing the genre, he told me that I would have to pay only 30 pounds and nothing else on my account. in short he deceived me by making me another Contract making me pay 75 instead of 45 per month. summarizing my phone continues to give problems and a manager told me that the problem is no longer theirs. the phone is still under warranty. if any lawyers read this let me know how to proceed against EE.

Very poor customer service. Staff unhelpful, welcomed us with a "can't-be-bothered" attitude. An open bottle of Lucozade on the main counter and puzzled looks as we entered the shop suggested the place does not have its priorities right. Assistant manager on site, supported by his two staff members who looked like they had not had a wash for weeks, was rudely argumentative. Kept calling us Bruv and when we asked them to stop doing so, they refused to serve us. This is not a place to go to if you want things done or at least receive some sort of assistance if issues cannot be resolved on the spot. During our time there, another customer left agitated and disappointed with the way he had been treated. Worst experience in a retail environment ever.If you need an upgrade, go directly to the EE online service as you get a 14-day cooling off period when you can return the phone without question whereas in store, it is not an option - you're stuck with the phone they push on you. The quality of customer service online was really good - therefore one star in the review.

Horrible experience, i went into this branch as it is the closest to my home and when i got in i was met by a emoloyee who didnt seem bothered to help. They then tried to send me to walthamstow to get a sim card but why wokkd i need to go there when this is my local stor. I will be puttitn in a formal complaint agajnst this store as staff memebers are rude

Very Poor costumer service , they didn't help to and treat to the ee costumers in very bad way. They also haven't good hygiene , especially two guys with dirty beards in the morning.I'm disappointed with this establishment and I don't recommend this place, you will have a bad experience . I change my contract to O2 next door and was a big difference with an amazing professionals and top guest services.
