Dear EE,
I purchased a phone on contract through your company approximately two weeks ago, and since then I have been experiencing technical issues, including overheating and rapid battery drainage.
I contacted EE Service and followed all the instructions provided by the assistant, but the issue was not resolved. I was then advised to visit the store where I made the purchase ? the Tottenham Hale branch ? to seek further assistance.
Unfortunately, when I arrived at the store, I was completely ignored by the staff. They refused to assist me and told me I would need to contact Apple directly. However, I acquired the phone through EE, and I believe it is your responsibility to provide initial support ? not Apple?s.
Additionally, I have four active lines with EE, and one of them required a SIM card replacement. The assistant from EE Service informed me that I could request the replacement in-store and collect the SIM card immediately. Upon visiting the store, I was told that, as a franchise, they do not hold replacement SIM cards.
I then asked if the SIM card could be sent to my address via delivery, but I was told this was also not possible, and that I would have to contact Customer Service again. The staff showed no willingness to help, ignored my request, and simply suggested I try other branches. They asked for my address and pointed out other store locations ? without making any genuine effort to assist.
I felt completely unsupported and disrespected as a customer. The team demonstrated a lack of professionalism and empathy in both their in-store service and overall customer support. I would like to stress that after-sales service is just as important as the sale itself, and should be treated with the same level of care.
If I were not currently bound by existing contracts, I would have already ended my relationship with EE. However, since I am still under contract, I would like to state that as each of my contracts expires, I do not intend to renew them, and I will be terminating my relationship with the company.

The team flat lied saying they?d been robbed and didn?t have any SIM cards despite the call centre sending me there guaranteeing they had cards. I went to another EE shop and they were great and said the Tottenham Hale branch always makes up that lie because they don?t make commission on swapping out broken SIM cards!!!

I popped in for a sim replacement and trust me guys it took less than 5 minutes to replace it and thanks to Andrew,Jessica and the rest of the team for sorting me out.
Andrew helped me to reduced my monthly payments by almost £9 difference and I supper excited about it.

I may state that EE doesn't go with human resources . They just hire teenagers, which, on my experience, if a boy or girl is 20 years old, is equivalent to 13 or 14 years old compared to what I experienced. So, to have such profiles working on a business and with no adult in charge, it is like having a ship without captain. So the attention and custommer service is directly related to this circunstace. The training, of course, is just barely to charging you for the products....

TJ was super helpful when we were looking for a repair centre for a phone.
The tottenham hale branch does not do it, he helped to find the most local store.

The person was nice and friendly, but he sold me the worst deal ever. It was the most expensive option, and he removed the EU roaming as well as the £20 Multi-Product discount of -£20.00 that I had before as a 10-year customer. So sad.

Went to this store on a Saturday and the service from all the staff was amazing, really friendly pleasant atmosphere! They truly do have the best knowledge and saved me lots of money on my new deals, thanks guys! Will defo recommend friends and family members to your store in the future!
