I had an amazing experience at Costa Café thanks to the wonderful team, especially Muhsin and Manshina. From the moment I walked in, they were so kind, welcoming, and full of positive energy. Both of them greeted me with genuine smiles and made sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of.
The service was excellent ? fast, professional, and full of warmth. It?s not every day you come across such a friendly and caring team. Thank you, Muhsin and Manshina, for your outstanding service and for making my visit so enjoyable. I?ll definitely be back again soon!

I have never seen a Costa coffee place as bad as this one. The girl working is beyond disgusting. She works with gum in her mouth, disrespectful, uninformed, does not understand coffee. The employee does not suit such a beautiful place..

Disappointing Experience at Costa Coffee
I ordered a large coconut cappuccino with chocolate dusting, but what I received was a latte that tasted absolutely awful. This isn?t the first time I?ve had issues with my orders either. Out of every 5 coffees I order, only 2 are usually made correctly. It?s incredibly frustrating, as it feels like the staff just can?t be bothered to take the time to make the coffee properly. I understand mistakes happen, but this seems like laziness or a lack of care from the staff. It?s clear someone doesn?t enjoy their job, and unfortunately, that?s affecting the quality of service. I expect more consistency from Costa Coffee.

If you have been served by GÜL then you are the luckiest customer ever when you visit this branch. The amount of effort and passion she puts on the service is unbelievable. Make sure to ask for Gül when you go there

Lovely service from Natalie and Sev today. I got my frappe coffee fix along with a recommended babychino. The kids absolutely loved it and asked to give 5 star ratings to these lovely ladies.Kid-friendliness: Private space at the back for family.
