I came to this shop specifically for an item it said online was available at this branch, but when I asked about it in-store, not only was it unavailable, but the reaction I got from the staff member was incredibly dismissive, almost as if my request was absurd. At the till, things only got worse. The cashier couldn?t even be bothered to make eye contact or show the slightest bit of friendliness. I asked about the Boots loyalty card, and the response I got was mumbled and completely unengaged, she kept looking away like while talking and it seemed like she couldn?t wait for me to leave. Customer service like this is unacceptable, especially from a brand of this size. Really disappointing experience.

I had an outstanding experience on Monday thanks to Niaz. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and an incredibly professional attitude. He went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed, offering thoughtful advice and making sure I left completely satisfied.
It?s rare to meet someone who combines genuine friendliness with such a high level of service. Niaz truly stands out. Boots is lucky to have him, and I?d highly recommend seeking him out if you want exceptional help!

Pharmacy staff are nice but the Telecoil Loop has been broken for years now and every time I ask about it, they dismiss it or just laugh. As a hearing aid user, it's very frustrating and makes it much harder to access the pharmacy service. On the door it has a sign saying they have a T-link, if you don't want to fix it, at least remove the sign and stop pretending you do have one.

I visited boots Tottenham gale , to be honest for the first time, I was blessed to be met with NIAZ, who was extremely professional, helpful, supportive and kind,
Boots is blessed to have such hardworking and skilled staff such NIAZ.
As they say first impression counts , so it is ,

I have reasonable suspicion that the male cashier at this Boots store may be racially discriminatory. I have encountered him many times, and he is always friendly and chatty with the customers in front of me, but extremely cold towards me. He never asks if I need a bag or a receipt, and even when I politely ask questions?such as ?Can I pay with points???he completely ignores me without saying a word, and proceeds to check out as if I hadn?t spoken at all.
The only apparent difference between me and the other customers he treats warmly is that I am Asian. This repeated experience has left me feeling unwelcome and singled out, and I believe the store should take this matter seriously and address it promptly.

This is the worst boots I never been, dirty, old, chaotic .... I understand we are on zone 3 but would be nice maybe do a makeover. Difficult to find thing and also if you ask something they don't know how to help....

Male staff services are pool and rude. Go ask for a medicine they didn?t not even look at you to answer, very impatient. The shelves looked messy and not organised properly. However the female staff at counter are much nicer and polite.

terrible experience, just attempted to buy 2 meal deals and had them thrown in the bag with unnecessary attitude.
I decided to leave the store without my purchases and will never return again

Always Boots was famous for customer service but not anymore awful experience with cashier today29/07 collecting my order I never came a cross so rude with no basic manners and customer service how boots can employ someone like her to treat customers like that is beyond belief ?
