I had an outstanding experience on Monday thanks to Niaz. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and an incredibly professional attitude. He went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed, offering thoughtful advice and making sure I left completely satisfied.
Pharmacy staff are nice but the Telecoil Loop has been broken for years now and every time I ask about it, they dismiss it or just laugh. As a hearing aid user, it's very frustrating and makes it much harder to access the pharmacy service.
