I recently went shopping and saw there was a sale on food for 50p. When I picked up the packet of crisp I saw it was out of date. The date of expiry was 26.07.2025 and I was found it during August. Why is expired food being sold!!!!!!

Store arranged well, but didn't get what I want, I wanted kitchen knife and I was told they didn't sell them anymore...hope they can sell them with restrictions and getting proper address from the buyer...

I enjoy going in there to browse. I love the range of items they have and the prices are good.
Although, for groceries, the lidl and Aldi are cheaper.

Nice clean store .staff friendly only problem is there is never enough staff on the tills.One cashier only and a line of customers.A lot of customers just walked out. Poor management

You can generally pick up bits and pieces for the home at a reasonable price. Huge store and quite busy but got what I needed.

On February 9th, we came here with my family to shop. But the result was a disaster. The cashier declared my 2-year-old son a thief and said things that offended us very much. My wife, out of shame, took my son and left so that he would not be offended any more. Then, when I asked his name and said that I wanted to talk to his manager, he took me out with harsh words. Since I do not know his name, I will share the receipt below and I will forward it to my legal friends as soon as possible and follow this situation to the end. Please train such employees. The working woman ruined our Sunday as a family.

It?s got lots of good stuff but the queues are so unbelievably long the shop is almost unusable. They wind up and down whole aisles. There are 7 check outs but I?ve never seen more than 2 in use in the 2 years I?ve been going. You could pop in and grab a quick thing but then spend genuinely 20 minutes queueing to buy it. If they had a self service I?d go to the place every day but you have to take such a lot of time out of your day to ever buy anything.

Extremely rude customer service at tills this evening towards me and my wife.
Nothing wrong being done on our side, we just wanted to pay and go, waited for 5 mins for them to finish their conversation between each other then being told ,, don?t put your stuff here this till is now closed??.
No politeness whatsoever which I think is the basics for a store assistant.
