On 21 October 2024 around 7.41pm I went to filled up the tank on my bike but the guy at reception is very rude and ridiculous behaviour
I got very upset and disappointed from the act he did it
Surely never want to go again on the same branch and hopefully team will take action on that and ask their management team regarding that matter

Despite waiting patiently in line, I found myself delayed for nearly 7 minutes behind a vehicle that was not using the pump for its intended purpose. Even after alerting the driver, the situation was not resolved promptly, leading to unnecessary frustration.Furthermore, when attempting to address the issue with the individuals involved, I was met with hostility and confrontation. This lack of professionalism and respect for customers' time is unacceptable.As a loyal customer, I believe it is crucial to highlight areas for improvement. Always get my petrol here, cheapest in town. Last week I bought a Saturday Guardian but when I got home there was no colour supplement. Went back but sold out. Manager refunded me £4 without me providing any proof of purchase. Top customer service!

Don?t use this Petrol Station.We bought full tank on Sunday 12/11.We couldn?t start car next morning.In service mechanics realised there problem with petrol, literally it was liquid of black collar and strange smell. (Not diesel).If any one have this problem please reply to post, we going escalate it to court.
