My daughter and I have been a regular customer in this branch. Their staff especially Henrique is friemdly, professional, patient, bubbly, always smiling and he build rapport easily with customer.He always help you decide what to purchase. He knows the product very well. He can be your employee every month or employee of the year.

After not receiving a refund for a while I went into the store and spoke with HENRIQUE who I believe is the store manager.He showed me the best customer service I will ever know. He done everything he could to help, even gave me his mobile number. We messaged each other a few times over a couple of weeks even whilst he was not at work and the problem was Resolved.Henrique and all the staff at the tooting branch we?re so helpful, and I look forward to returning to buy more products.From Marc ( the refund guy)

I got charged twice for same transaction. Lad called Henrique sorted it out for me . He went out of his way to chase it up with banking on his day off . This shows the level of customer service at it's best. I will make sure to return again to thank him in person . Keep up the good work Henrique and team. Stay safe !

The staff are dreadful, i entered the store to browse the perfumes and when approaching the counter ,the girls looked at me as if i disturbed the most important conversation ever between them, and upon querying about perfumes, they had no clue and looked at each other on who was going to answer the question. If the company are hiring unprofessionals who have no basic knowledge of what they are selling or understanding customer service then i will shop elsewhere, you dont deserve customers money when you dont treat them right.

I went there today and the service i received was very poor. The lady behind the counter ignored me completely after i walked in as she was busy chatting to other colleague. Then after about 5 minutes me standing there patiently she decided to talk to me as she saw I was actually going to buy something. I asked for a particular perfume but i was not sure what was the brand of the perfume. So the customer assistant instead of trying to find out the name for me she told me to find the full name on Google and get back to her.. That was an awful experience.. The only reason I bought today was because I walked in the shop with intention to buy. If I was just browsing, there was no way she would made me buy anything let alone spend almost £80.... Honestly, she needed some proper training on how to deal with a customer as atm that business is loosing customers because of such poor service
