I went here a few months ago and forgot to write a review, the man who served me was extremely rude and was not accommodating and belittled me like i didn?t know what topping i wanted on my sandwich, like what is going on? Extremely rude service and unwelcoming atmosphere

Today one of the staff dropped a lot of bread on the floor - it sat for a long time and then they loaded it back up as though going to sell it again. Also rude staff

They recently changed how they take orders. A single sandwich took over 20 minutes, when it wasn't that busy. They said they do not offer refunds. I had to leave before it was ready. They then offered a refund 10 minutes later after being adamant refunds are not possible.

6 years ago this place got 5*, today I visited- i was really disappointed, I think I'd rather get delivery from the clapham junction store.
The store cleanliness was questionable as well as the servers. They only had Italian bread on offer - i think the last 3x I've visited here they've had the same issue no honey oat, no wholemeal etc, no other options. Opted for a salad and told the gentleman no olives - he then continued to literally pour olives into the salad box which he then had to pick out. I think that was the last straw for me.
When you can't even get the basics right, it's ok. I considered whether I should just cancel my order in the que - after getting my box, i wish i had ?

It was a horrible experience overall- I was served by 2 different staff members- the first man was a little friendlier than the other one who was EXTREMELY RUDE! They were both talking to each other over the food preparing- not interested at all in engaging with customers who they were serving! Food quality was bad also. No service whatsoever!! Not interested also- my app didn?t work - it wasn?t busy at all yet they weren?t at all interested in patiently waiting whilst I could quickly sign on. Although this isn?t what I was upset about - but adds on. We sat there and ate as we always have loved subway in NORBURY, but Tooting branch is appalling!!
They were chatting away inside - I needed a napkin I tried to call and gain their attention but there was no help at all - as I could see the napkin by the side on the counter I helped myself to one napkin. At which the one who was somewhat a little friendly ( I say this as the other one was too rude) said don?t just pick stuff without asking we have cameras!! This was so bad- I am an adult and was with my child and husband - didn?t say anything but very humiliated.

We are paying some amount to buy but still they are filling enough vegetable.i asked 2 time for more vegetables and he put 1 cucumbers slice in footlong.i will never gonna visit again.worst experience ever.

Ordered via Deliveroo (we normally order from the Balham branch- who are by the way top notch- but they had run out of some things so we went to Tooting) Subway Tooting Branch sent us two sandwiches with completely the wrong fillings. My husband?s veggie patty was completely missing? There was just some slimy salad in it? And my sandwich had all the wrong fillings salad wise and no sauce.
They obviously don?t know how to update their Deliveroo service if they have run out of items. Some idiot people that don?t care working in there. Never going to that branch again.

I went here before and it slapped, sadly this time it wasn?t the same. We got 2 foot longs, one was on the wrong bread, didn?t offer to change it for us. Secondly they were very hesitant to give us the toppings that we wanted because ?that?s not how it comes?. And to top it off neither of them were cut in half. Let?s be honest, who wants tex mexan on Italian herb and cheese and who doesn?t want Jalapeños in a big steak cheese.

I ordered the Philly Steak today 15/07/24. Seems like staff forgot to put the ingredients as I literally received a dry bread with few meat. What a waste of money! Always check Google reviews before ordering online.

The cleanliness of the subway was lacking, and the staff appeared to be more engaged in personal conversations than in serving customers.
There was a noticeable delay in receiving our order. The quality of the sandwiches was satisfactory.
