Avoid at all cost.

I tried the Caramel Macchiato at Starbucks for the first time?wow! It was amazing. I really love Starbucks because they offer a great variety of drinks, and the customer service is excellent. The staff is very polite and knowledgeable, always making great recommendations. Plus, the environment is cozy and inviting. A perfect place to enjoy a good coffee

The place has been painted, it is neat and clean. Coffee without flavor is not suitable for drinking.

I love this smart and chic location right beside the tube. I?ve used this location many times to meet friends. The coffee is always great as the workers are as well. Pop in!

The staff works in unsafe conditions. The pipes are leaking. There is a lot of water on the floor. The quality of the drinks is poor. The staff is not trained to make the coffee that is advertised.

Asked twice if the drink was with skim milk. Guy at till confirmed but I thought I saw a cup behind machine get full fat poured in. I queried again and was reassured but having drank 2 or 3 sips down the road I could tell it was full fat and it was too rich and I felt sick. £4.50 wasted on iced drinks, after going there for something interesting seeing as how just a cappuccino is £4 in Nero opposite. Should have just bought a bottle of coke or something. Please can staff pay attention to the details. What's the point in promoting endless options if you can't even get it right! Or out right lie?
