No stock of Marlboro tobacco despite it being the cheapest by far. I work for Sainsbury's and make sure we always have sufficient stock. Maybe kiosk colleagues/managers at Tooting could follow suit?

I have been visiting this store for the past 10 years. This is the first time I am facing this problem. I bought some stuff and went to the self-checkout. I looked for a bag, and one of the staff members was giving bags to customers. When I asked her for a bag, she asked loudly, "Did you pay?" I replied, "I am going to pay." She then asked, "How are you going to pay, card or cash?" I said, "Card." She went to one of the tills and scanned it herself. I asked her, "Why would you do that?" She replied, "We lost so much money and stuff like that." I was thinking, "All I asked for was a bag. Why would I discriminate for that?" She didn't say anything to the customer before me or after me.

I've liked visiting the Sainsbury's Superstore in Tooting Broadway, but I liked using the SmartShop scanners when I've arrived at two other Sainsbury's Superstores in Clapham Common and Wallington more than anything else.

Unhappy, resentful and over worked staff member. Selection of grocery items is very good. Zero stars for ARGOS collection, placed multiple orders but never ready for collection.

Click and collect. Horrible !!!!! After waiting for 20 min at the click and collect point(says wait there someone will bring your order) , was told to go and collect to the customer service where I was told to wait in the queue for another 20 minutes!!!! 1 person at the till and massive queue. Meanwhile 5 people chatting in the store pretending they doing something ????

The store is ok, seems to be clean and stocked up.The staff on the other side, oh my god, probably the rudest people I ever met.I used to work in retails for many years so I understand costumers sometimes can be annoying but the way the people working in this store are approaching costumers is just rude and not helpful at all.The one working at the tobacco counter even worst.If they could throw thing at you they would do it.Is the only store close where I live that has decent food and organic stuff otherwise just avoid

I like how it is very organised and clean, but the staff need some improving. The ones I have encountered were extremely rude. Overall, this store is certainly a good shop to shop at.

Though branded as mainline Sainsburys, the store isn't huge and doesn't have a huge variety in some areas. Even then, empty shelves or missing items are surprisingly common. Prices for the store in general aren't amazing but rarely egregious like the mini-stores. Still a good browse if you're passing by anyway, but if you're making the journey, use the Colliers Wood one instead.
