I really like this shop. There is a wide variety of clothes to choose from! The staff are pretty decent and it's very clean here as well. Prices are usually decent. However, I definitely wouldn't recommend getting any shoes here, unless if you are only going to wear it once. I bought sandals and they are very cheap quality. Yes, they look like but broke after one week of wearing them. And I have blisters all over my feet. But honestly what else would I expect for £4 honestly. Bought the same sandals again since there was some sort of discount, but it happened again. Also I noticed ever since they changed primark a bit not long ago, theres much less clothes for children aged 12,13 , 14. Otherwise, a pretty decent place to get clothes

Good prices and two floors, only 1 minute from Tooting Bdy Station. Also close to other decent close shops, supermarkets and eat outs. Why go West End when you have many of this type of place in Tooting. Come and check it out and the best bit perfect for the over 28s in age. Oh my god they have enrolled an extensive change in the store.
They want you to do everything by self service which is located two floors down from mens or kids section.
Although it says on the till they can take payment the staff direct customers to the bottom floor whilst doing duties that floor staff can do,whilst they are are the till twiddling their thumb or looking bored.
Absolutely poor and many customers was treated the same way.
A very poor showing especially has at each till point it clearly states pay here.
Even exiting the till area you can only go one way as the staff states they want to measure numbers.

I have been served by staff member Kanika a few times now and she is always exceptionally friendly, efficient and helpful! She helped me with a couple returns, and than another time a top I was trying to buy that didnt have a price tag and she made the process very easy! Really appreciate her service

Shopped in store last week and was served by a very friendly young man named Kyre, He was very fast and efficient and made the whole experience incredibly easy and enjoyable. We need more people like this in these kinds of retail jobs.

If fast fashion is what your after, then this is your shop. Some of the clothes look very cheap. Brought a summer dress that shrunk in the wash. However love my checked trousers and good shop for basics like t-shirts.

The temperature was exceptionally low, prompting me to seek refuge in Primark to find a jumper. Regrettably, I did not come across anything that appealed to me. However, I was delighted to find some trainer socks priced at £2.50, which I deemed a fantastic deal. While I typically do not shop at Primark due to concerns about the durability of their clothing, I do enjoy browsing. Today, discovering the socks has encouraged me to consider shopping there more frequently.

I went to Primark in tooting on Monday at 12 noon to get the size of the dress I bought on Sunday changed. But I don't have the receipt. I told the security guard standing at the entrance about my problem. She said that it cannot be changed without a receipt and asked to ask the then leader. He said the same when I asked other colleagues.Then he asked a male employee standing there to ask the cashier as she said the same and he refused. Then I told the time of purchase and the total price and asked to collect my receipt. He said he couldn't. Then I told my problem to Mala, the cashier standing on the first floor. She immediately spoke to her superior over the phone and took the slip and exchanged the same dress. But Mala very politely talked to us and helped us. We thank her. It is because of such people that we are customers of this store.
