A great store but need to employ more staff. Click and Collect takes an incredibly long time which removes the convenience of having that service available.

lady with dark brown/black hair in a tight bun working friday 25th july around 4:35pm on the tills was rather rude and hostile towards me.
i was trying to quickly sort out my bank app so I could pay and I was polite and said oh sorry just one second!
she responded extremely harshly, didn?t say anything like ?no worries?, which i expect from customer service. she very bluntly just went ?ok tell me when you?re ready or the card machine is just gonna time out again?. it?s more how she said it and her general attitude was so RUDE
left a sour taste in my mouth

Don't take up the subscription deal. It's not true, you don't get 10% off unless it's on the shelf at full price. They'll tell youon store that you get 10% off special offer items, bit you don't. Have cancelled my repeat order subscription.

Took my elderly cockapoo for a groom for the first time here and they were great - she hates going to the groomers but they were so kind and gentle with her.

My experience at the Wimbledon branch of Pets at Home has been inconsistent, largely depending on which staff members or managers happen to be on duty. On several visits, I?ve unfortunately encountered unhelpful and at times rude service, along with staff who appeared to have limited knowledge of the animals and products they were advising on.
The in-store livestock selection is also very limited ? particularly with aquatic life, where the range of fish available is quite small. They also do not stock rabbits and offer minimal options for small animals.
For a more personalised and knowledgeable service, I would highly recommend visiting a local independent store such as The Pet Shop Tooting. They offer a significantly wider variety of fish, lobsters, shrimp, birds, and small animals, alongside a noticeably more caring and tailored customer experience.

Me and my partner always come by to pick essentials up for our kittens, but we have recently got a puppy and yesterday we went in with not much of a clue of what I?ll need. Staff in the store is always helpful, but Daveena went above and beyond in helping us. We had purchased a harness for our pup and Daveena stopped us before we had left the shop and suggested a big-size collar instead because the breed grows very quickly and would no longer fit the harness within a week. She helped us do an exchange, and also helped us find a dog shampoo + a beautiful apple spray to keep our puppy smelling fresh. We also got to learn about her two pet kittens, who are absolutely adorable.
The lady at the till, and the younger woman who was off shift were also extremely kind and helpful - giving us tons of tips and tricks and tons of compliments!
We came to Pets At Home a bit intimidated about how we would navigate having a new puppy, but we left feeling confident and prepared.
