NATWEST..Worst bank in tooting...only 3 tills I have never seen all 3 tills open..always short staffed,,always computer issues. Always Excuses and staff!!!!!! Terrible. .Worst bank !!!!!!

?respectfully a funny branch. I see that the staff do try, I appreciate that. But I find customer service to be rude, like my experience with two workers across different times, I?ve had to tell them to not interrupt me. Lack of basic manners man :/. Think training is needed here. I?d appreciate if they could let the customers speak, and to be open minded.

Having used many banks over the years I can safely say that my experience using Nat West Tooting was most certainly the best. I was greeted my friendly staff who attended to my enquiry and they took time to ensure that I had a clear understanding of their accounts. On leaving I was thanked for my custom. I left the premises feeling very pleased with my visit. The staff are a credit to Nat West.

Reading the other reviews I was sceptical but they are nonsense! Extremely good customer service upon entry. The gentleman greating customers was able to help me with my request and made it a smooth process. Happy to use this as my local branch now.

I opened account online for my son. I only went to give documents for proving ID and address. Now staff requested Birth Certificate which was said U cannot prove to be a mother..in general children takes after father surname and my case my kids have both surname of ours. And I'm a existing customer which already has this child account attach to my account so are they stupid? Because I even open an adapt account for my eldest son at other branch and there was no need for that matter of all hassle. Basically he didn't want to do it. I had to come back the next day. I gave birth certificate. I have been waiting for 3 weeks I didn't receive no response or email back from Natwest. Then I raised my concern in webchat progress of application. Staff said there is nothing on the record at all. Basically this people of this branch just absolutely useless. Do I have to make a new application because it supposed to be valid only a month....

I?m giving four stars because, well it?s a bit of a mixed bag here. I have been using this branch a lot since the pandemic started, and I think there?s been a huge improvement. Most of the staff are lovely, although some do erm need some people skills training ?
