my account got randomly frozen with no explanation, so i came into the branch to get it fixed. i got a un sanction placed on my card after the member of staff accepted my [recently expired] passport as valid id to lift the freeze from my card, and reassured me it was valid. it took weeks to resolve the issue and i had to pop into another nationwide branch to get it fixed, as i had been left without a functional bank account nor a proper explanation for why they froze it for weeks!! i missed multiple important payments because of this!! if you have any complex issues with your card, avoid this place like the plague because they'll just make it worse!!

My wife and I were lucky enough to deal with Pepsi when changing our book accounts to the new card accounts. We were unable to complete all the work in one visit so Pepsi arranged another appointment for us. She was pleasant, very attentive to what we said, answered all our questions, explained everything fully, patient, extremely thorough throughout the whole process. She is a credit to Nationwide. Pepsi is an absolutely wonderful member of staff at this branch of Nationwide. She helped my sister and I set up ISA accounts and was extremely patient, knowledgeable and caring towards us. She made our visit very pleasurable, something we could never have expected from a bank appointment! I cannot speak highly enough of Pepsi and feel so happy to know she is there for guidance and advice when needed. Thank you Pepsi.
