Service is terrible was served creamy mash with it ice cold in the middle the new chicken wrap was so small and again cold mixing cold foods with hot foods this place is terrible with food management never again

This place is always packed, so you have to wait to get a seat. Food is good but the ice cream machine is not reliable.. the staff warns the customers in advance that they are not sure if it will work or not, but that's not enough.. if you have ice cream on kids menu then it needs to be available rather than having meltdowns of disappointed children..

Very Bad Service and Food. Came specially from Germany and Waiter put the wrong order in , without drinks. Came back and Said we have to Pay for Them seperatly which I did. Than they Said that the ice is also free which was also wrong, the Manager came and told us. Never Coming back and would Not recommend to anyone.

The food really wasn't great, you know? The chicken was undercooked and tasted like nothing, and the chips were way too salty. Plus, we were stuck in the end bit downstairs with loads of flies. It was pretty gross.
