Not often in this part of London, but handy there ls always a Macs about. Came in for breakfast, not a long wait . Food quality was spot on and delicious.

I gave 50 pounds bill,they refused to serve the regular coffee only. I didn't have enough change to pay

I went to McDonald's around 11:30 PM and ran into a bit of an issue-my ice cream came out before the rest of my order, and I was told it would be another 7-8 minutes for the rest of the food. I mentioned that my ice cream would melt while waiting, and within about 30 seconds, a restaurant manager called Jordan came over and sorted everything out so quickly.
He was super polite, really attentive, and handled the situation with no fuss. Even that late at night, his customer service was spot on. A couple of the other staff members were also really friendly and helpful, which made a big difference. I really appreciated how smoothly it was all dealt with. You can tell he's a great manager and leads a solid team. Plus my double fillet burger was 10/10

Worse experience ever with McDonald's app. Paid £13.74 for large meal Quarter Pounder with cheese, large fried, milkshake and a hamburger.
They delivered minus the Main Quarter pounder with cheese!
Tried virtual chat with McDonald's... It's useless, cannot recognise my paid receipt, no other way around it. Left out of pocket and cannot claim back or any replacement!!!! Poor service !!!?

Do not order from this location online for delivery. The food comes cold and the drinks are watery. No matter what you order it will come in a poor state. Not to mention that?s if they get your order even correct.
It?s not the first time my online order has come wrong or especially cold. If it was a one off I wouldn?t be so harsh but it repeatedly happened, it was my fault for ordering from here another time.
I will NEVER be ordering from here online again, how they allow food to leave the store cold and drinks in the state is just crazy. They have no food hygiene concerns at all.

I don't know why they bother opening for arriving customers. It seems to be purely delivery orders, who take priority. Always takes forever to get served, even when seemingly empty.
There's also no signal in here, and the WiFi doesn't work. There's no receipts available, due to the shoddy maintenance of the order machines, so remember your order number. The place is crippled and crumbling
