I booked my car in online on Wednesday for a 12 noon appointment on the Saturday to have 2 tyres changed. I arrived and was told to come back as my car will be ready at 1pm. This surprised me as i had purposely booked the appointment so i would not have to wait around for long as I am disabled with a motability car. I went to a nearby cafe and returned at 1pm only to find the car on the ramp with the old tyres still on. They started to take off the tyres when they saw me. I was left sitting in the waiting area until 13:30. Certainly not the service I expected from kwikfit.

I came in to check my tire pressure but was told the air compressor wasn?t turned on yet and would take 20 minutes to be usable.
It?s frustrating that such a basic service wasn?t ready during business hours.
Hope this gets improved.

Mark Shah, from the Earlsfield centre, is a real credit to Kwik Fit. His professionalism, expertise and customer service were all excellent. He went the extra mile (no pun intended!) to get me back on the road.
I also had to change the original appointment and that was also brilliantly handled by the agent I spoke to.
First class service all around.

There aren?t enough stars for the Kwik fit in EARLSFIELD.
I have been a customer here for years upon years.
The guys (especially James the manger) are second to none. They have never talked down to me because I?m female. But most importantly they offer the best service and go beyond to help.
I have left a review before it keeps needing to be said. A++++++++++
