I booked my car in online on Wednesday for a 12 noon appointment on the Saturday to have 2 tyres changed. I arrived and was told to come back as my car will be ready at 1pm. I came in to check my tire pressure but was told the air compressor wasn’t turned on yet and would take 20 minutes to be usable. It’s frustrating that such a basic service wasn’t ready during business hours. Hope this gets improved.
