I called the garage a day before and spoke to Lucas regarding a broken tyre air valve. Lucas was very polite and booked me in for the next day. Upon arrival Lucas made himself known and although it was a quick fix, Lucas was extremely helpful, courteous and polite. A great customer service.

Great experience the Balham staff was friendly. The tyre fitter was on the go dealing with the other costomers. I sat down in the waiting area, and relaxed while waiting for my AC to be re-gased.

I had a full service done at Kwik Fit, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were very welcoming and made me feel at ease. They worked efficiently, completing the job quickly while maintaining high-quality service. What stood out the most was how they took the time to explain each step of the process, ensuring I understood what was being done to my car. It was clear that they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. I?ll definitely be returning in the future!

Check brake pads wear notification came up on my car Sunday, looked on site, got booked in next day,
Had a free brake check, tyres etc.
With in a few hours got a call, all done, new rear brake pads fitted, I thought a very good price, as was expecting more. Got a full vehicle health check done.
Extremely happy with their service and would highly recommend.
