Food was horrible.Not a friendly staff
I went to Tooting KFC yesterday with my friend.Food was horrible.Soggy chips chicken was very oily fried in the old oil.When we complained to the a man he said we get good reviews.This happened yesterday around 1pm to 2pm.

Rude staff. The drinks Machine was not working and they had a limited selection of drinks, however they have a full range in cans for delivery. The guy serving said he cannot give them out, which is fair enough, so I asked to speak to the manager who shouted from the back, ?just give a refund?. No conversation, nothing. As I protested the actual manager came out but said nothing. So the refund guy wasn?t even in charge but wanted to make sure that I received Terrible customer service.

Rude staff. Anyone with poor eyesight find somewhere else to go because they will try to make you use self service.......soon they will be asking you to cook the food you buy from them. To the staff that can't be bothered, enjoy your lazy and rude attitudes while you can. The more people that use self service the more of you will be out of work...good luck.

their chicken are so dry. especially the wings. staff are not generous enough to give you free ketchup and mayo. female toilet is always messy and dirty. the tap only dispenses super hot water, so how can we properly wash our hands? very high risk for burns.

I recently went to kfc in tooting and ordered a bucket chicken and honestly the food was delicious. Not only the food, the service was also superb. The atmosphere was really clean and comfortable for me.
