the waits in this store are genuinely crazy - i have waited an hour to be spoken to by a bike tech. they don’t remotely acknowledge you. don’t even bother unless you have time to waste.

I asked for help initially to someone who is just walking around the shop, he asks me to attend to the desk I wait for him to finish assisting his boxes and serve me, shouldn’t customer service be first ? I receive a phone call I walk away, I ask his other college about the questions I had and he says to me he doesn’t...

I've only used this to buy items to help maintain my old car, so can't comment on cycle related matters. In general, they have a good range of parts and tools. All the staff who have served me have been friendly and helpful but their computer system is not always correct as to what part is needed.
