The pizza was exceptionally satisfying, and I can't tell if my hunger heightened the experience. Nevertheless, I was thoroughly impressed. It featured a delightful crunch on the outside, complemented by a pleasing texture as the cheese melted in my mouth.

Staff are very rude and seem to not be happy most mornings.
Always lied to and told foods hot have had to return a few times now.

Sometimes I get 3 sausages in my bacon sausage baguette, I got 2 today. It was okay this time as I had a subway as well. My recommendation would be to introduce mayonnaise to the equation, potentially would get you up to 4 star

Couple of friendly staff but also one very rude lady. Food often cold and dry and as if it has been sat there for a long time - mostly stick to cold items now. More times that not the store opens late - usually opens 1 hour and a half late. Incredibly unreliable service provided as you never know if the store will even be open. Despite signs up to say the store will be opening late, fresh baked goods just sitting there from just after 6.

Great service. A lady that served me I couldn't of asked for more but the sausage rolls looked over cooked and put me off buying them. Atmosphere low but not what I go to Gregg's for. I go for a good bakery reasonably priced

Always fantastic service from the staff here!!!I come to this Greggs at least twice a week and every time, regardless of whether they are extremely busy or not. The staff are always helpful, friendly, professional, tentative, and lovely!!!They have always gone above and beyond!!!Compared to the other Greggs branches I go to in North and Central London, this branch, with their amazing staff, outshines those branches by far!!!!!So a very big thank you to the team at Tooting's Greggs!!!!!!Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options.Parking: There is no parking there!!!Kid-friendliness: Yes, it is family friendly!Wheelchair accessibility: No! It is very small! And probably not wheelchair accessible!!!

If I could give the service a zero star I would?My daughter who goes to the a school next door to Greggs on 41 Mitcham road. Today she came home and told me how they were stalked, searched and kicked out of after stepping into the store? now I saw that she had proceeded to spend her money in an hostile environment.. let?s teach our children that we must not spend our money where we?re not wanted.Anyway, from what she had told me, I tried for see the situation from both prescriptive. One where the establishment may have had incidents with other teens and may have become more aware. Fine I can knowledge that to some degree.. but being disrespectful and down right rude to them to unacceptable?That women may think there small money is insignificant to their business? but as someone who works within the financial industry, I know that every penny counts.. and those small change amount to a big amount be the end of the week, month and years? and that at the end of the year, contributes to the overall turnover the business makes?Now I know these kids can be little **** sometimes. But DON?T YOU DARE treat them like their nothing? I have the right mind to walk into that shop and give that employee a piece of my mind and have her be reminded how to respectfully deal with all types of customers? even the annoying ones?

This African woman got my order wrong today, i said margarita pizza, she gave me pepperoni pizza instead..cool no big deal, just give me the right pizza, but no she has the audacity to say something along the lines its a free pizza why you complaining and made a fuss with a bad attitude. I got free rewards with the Gregg app which is how i got it for free. Now the bigger issue is im Muslim! Yes i dont eat pepperoni, so what she said to me was extremely disgraceful and insensitive.

Yes Gregg's Tooting Broadway!To be honest only been here in the evenings just before they close but I can always get a hot sausage roll or 4 for 3 !! Boom
