Had a very bad experience here. We booked an appointment slot for a time convenient to us. We arrived early but had to wait an hour inside the shop before we were seen! The customer service was poor, seemed very disorganised. We did not get our queries answered satisfactorily, we were told we could definitely have our broadband cost reduced.... to then be told sorry, actually we can't do it you have to come back next year! I definitely would not go to this store!

Very good customer service. Worker Neil helped me a lot, we were paying around £300 for 3 phones, at the end we all had phone upgrades and are paying around £110. Very satisfied!!

Although the staff tried to be very helpful, the organisation was a lot to be desired. I ordered an upgrade, which I went to collect after a few days. For three days I was told it hadn't arrived. On the fourth day it turned out it had been sent back. I was then told that if I cancelled but ordered another one through a different branch it would be quicker...especially if I picked it up myself. I duly did this then returned to the first branch to complete the purchase...only to see the person who gave it to me visiting this branch ?...why he couldn't have brought it over I'm not sure. Then, I tried to put my SIM into the new phone...it wouldn't work. I then took it back to the first branch and they couldn't get it to work. They phoned the EE helpline who eventually found that the phone was blacklisted...aaargh. However, after a while they managed to unblacklist it. I must admit that several staff did try to help me and the situation but the whole experience was very stressful and it took me 11 days to get my phone working...spending about 5 of them in the EE Branch.

My overall experience was perfect and I came out of the store with 100% fully customer service.One of the staff member called Neil has made a huge effort and spent a good time with me and has been really patient with all my requests he deserves 10 stars indeed.Wishing you and EE team more success.A happy customer ?

Zero professionalism. Just came to collect my new mobile phone ordered before online. Got a confirmation message saying that my phone is ready to collect from the store. When got in stuff member came straight away to me leaving other clients and without even asking brought another device which had nothing to do with me and tried to do some paperwork which didn't work on the system. Finally when I had my chance to explain to him what I'm collecting then he went to warehouse then came back saying there was nothing for me there. He was trying to tell me to come another day but after I showed proof of delivery - first he was saying there was nothing delivered but when showed him that was his name and he received the parcel he finally found my phone. Kept me waiting for his colleague first and then there was 3 times system failure with confirming my ID. Had to wait so long and on the end when finally everything completed - it was after closing time and door was locked - they couldn't find right key to let me out. Frustrating? No - it's been only 45min to collect the phone!

I?m not mad because I had to wait 15 minutes! I?m mad because I traveled to Tooting on my only day off and they told me to wait 5 minutes.In the mid time they serving other customers arrived after me. Zero communication! Shame on EE as a huge well advertised company not invest in training for customer service.

Went to that shop to upgrade my contract and so I did. The girl I dealt with, Sarah was really nice and helpful, trying her best. However, the shop manager, despite the fact I asked for £20 spend cap, by mistake he put £0. Went back to the shop minutes later, after receiving a message and asked him to rectify the mistake and he said he will but didn't. So I found myself abroad, having all my data blocked and not being able to use my roaming because I had £0 spend cap. Ridiculous.
