Hilariously been served by what supposed to be the manager no sense of customer service he was dry and rude from the get go wich i didnt appreciate and when i asked to be served by some one else he started acting silly wierd and funny and asked me to leave the shop and threatened to call police even there was no aggression or anything just cuz i refused his service due to his lack of self respect also
Police turned up quicky and did nothing as they found out all was a drama and lies over the phone who knows what he said and how he victmised himself wich is funny
Cex lost business employing that drama queen end of the day ?

Shopped at the tooting branch today. Employee named Marwan served me and was very proactive. Initially I was just browsing then he checked if I needed help. I declined. But he caught me looking at the Nintendo Switches for a while and came back over to reassure me they all come with 5 year warranty. Then when I asked other questions he was very helpful. His passion and enthusiasm was refreshing to see.
