Really helpful and friendly staff - Albert was brilliant! He measured our carpet same day so we could arrange the installation asap. This is the second carpet shop we went to as the first was really unreliable - Albert made sure everything happened efficiently and smoothly. We also couldn?t be happier with the final product!

We dealt with Clayton for new carpets in our house, he was able to get us the best price, give excellent advice and we had a very swift process with carpet. The fitters were quick pleasant and removed all the rubbish

As far as a carpet buying experience goes, this is surely as good as it gets. Went in not really having any idea, met by Clayton who was extremely knowledgeable and generally straightforward. Great communicator who made everything really simple and clear. He made a genuine effort to get us what we needed rather than making the sale. We wanted to shop around a bit but were so happy with the product and service that it made it a very easy decision. Thank you very much Clayton!
