I had a frustrating experience at the Card Factory in Tooting. Although the store is supposed to close at 6 PM, I arrived at 5:55 PM only to find the entrance door closed. A staff member was standing in front, and when I asked if I could come in, she simply said they were closed. I returned to the door, showing her my phone clock to indicate it was still before closing time, but she ignored me completely. This kind of service is unacceptable. It?s disappointing to see such a lack of customer care. I won?t be returning.

So I went in the card shop to try and purchase balloons banners for my sons 18th birthday they had nothing which is not good as a shop I live in mitcham now I have to go out of my way to deal with this please sort out your stock not good ?

The prices used to be lower than other shops but not always the case.
Not much choice on the cards with age printed. Most of them are only available on very large cards.

DO NOT GET the latex nor the foil balloons with helium that you have to pay extra for !! I bought them and within 20 minutes they had deflated. And when I called a senior staff in the background proclaimed ?it?s not my fault, I don?t know what she expects me to do about it?. So if you want deflated balloons within 20 minutes and customer service that makes you feel less than?go there. SMH. I wanted to give it -5 stars but it?s not possible. lol
