Worst Nero ever, I ordered Frappé Millionnaires, it doesn't look at all as the one in the ad, I've tried it elsewhere and it was so nice but this one, I felt as if the lady working there didn't want to make it. I understand that she was alone serving but not an excuse for such service.

Stopped by the Tooting Broadway Nero and was pleasantly surprised ? the tiramisu was absolutely delicious, rich and perfectly balanced. Cozy atmosphere, friendly service, just a bit understaffed but overall
a nice place to relax or catch up with friends. Will definitely be back for that dessert alone!

Quick shout out to Biancas excellent customer service :) I always get the same thing and she always makes it to perfection for me. Visited Tooting Broadway branch on Sunday 4th May. At 12:45pm they already run out of cream , which is unacceptable for a big company like Caffè Nero. Toilet doesn?t have toilet paper.
Very disappointed.

Caffè Nero is an amazing place, and the staff make it even better! They are all so friendly and welcoming, making you feel like a regular, even if it's your first visit. It?s clear they genuinely enjoy what they do.
One staff member, in particular, stands out?he's always really friendly and funny with customers, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. His approach to customer service feels like a pleasure, not a chore, and that makes a huge difference.
The whole team does an excellent job, and their positive energy makes this place special. The coffee is great, but it's the staff that truly make this Caffè Nero a standout spot. Highly recommend!

One of the worst Cappuccinos I have ever had.
The lady this morning at work (21/2/2025) around 8.45am was more bothered about looking at the queue and not the service or the drink. I am a regular Caffè Nero user so have at least one drink everyday so know what I am talking about. She made me a medium drink which tasted as if I drank warmed oat milk from the carton when I paid for a grande and an extra shot!! Won?t ever come back here. Owners should take note of the drinks quality.
