Absolutely disgusting a bug crawling on muffin, reported it to staff and ignored. Had to ask them to take it out of cabinet. Trainee Baristo under pressure, other chap on phone ignoring everyone. Floor filthy and tables not cleaned. Service dreadful, saw customers leaving as so slow. Will not return

Staff are lovely and the indoor cafe area is great for laptop work. I go here regularly however the standard of coffee is rather inconsistent and it depends on the barista. From excellent to very average coffee, flat whites should be silk like texture but are often latte milkshakes!
